The review

Is it actually worth it?

At 11 g per transmitter, this disappears on a lapel — which matters when the whole point is to sound clear without looking like a film set. The three voice-tone presets (Regular, Rich, Bright) do real work shaping the sound before it ever reaches an editing timeline.

The trade-off for the tiny size: no internal recording and no 3.5 mm lav input, so it depends entirely on the 2.4 GHz link to the receiver plugged into a phone or camera. For a single-person set-up recording indoors, that's rarely an issue.

Pros

  • Extremely light and unobtrusive
  • Real dual noise-cancellation
  • Three tone presets built in

Cons

  • No internal recording — needs the receiver connected
  • No 3.5 mm lavalier input for external mics
Ideal for: Someone recording short vertical or explainer videos solo, who wants a clean voice track without post-production EQ work.
