Is it actually worth it?
The PLA construction (a corn-starch based plastic) gives the surface its lunar-crater texture and is a nicer material story than plain ABS. 16 colors and both remote and touch control cover the basic ambient-lighting use case without complexity.
8–16 hours of runtime on a 2-hour charge is enough for most evenings without needing to leave it plugged in.
